Home Buyer's Consultant

Home Buyer's Consultant is software that can assist you in the home buying/selling process. It runs on Windows 3.1, Windows 95, or Windows 98. Some of the features are: a prequalification function, loan payments, amortization schedules, home value increase, 10 steps to closing, home buying and home selling tips, to do list when moving.

1) Fill out form and click on "Submit" button.  Save the file to your c: drive.
    Remember where you saved it. (File size approx. 541K)

2) Double click on fsbo.exe. This will start the installation process.

Follow the installation instructions. To run Home Buyer's Consultant:

Windows 3.1 Users: Double click icon in Home Buyer's Consultant Program Group.

Windows 95 and 98 Users: Start/Programs/Home Buyer's Consultant/Home Buyer's Consultant.

After starting the software, click on the 'More Information' button on the screen with the picture.
